This process can be somewhat confusing, we are here to make it all clear.
Visit home page and click on the green button "Watch Repair" fill out the form and you will receive a free US Mail label to use to send in your watch.
Once we receive the watch(es) we will email you confirming receipt
A few days later you will receive another email which will be a binding evaluation and estimate for repair. We will not do any work until you approve the repairs
From the time you give your approval it typically takes 15-20 business days for us to service your watch and quality control. Then ship it back to you.
Once your watch ships out you will receive an email from us with tracking info
Occasionally parts needed for the Citizen Watch repair are on backorder from the manufacturer; you will notified if there is going to be a delay. Thankfully this is a rare situation.
